Hope you are keeping safe and well.

Please could I remind everyone to cancel their monthly membership fees until we return back to swimming. Any overpayment will be dealt with when we return unless you want to use them against your WASA FEES.

All clubs have received communication from Swim Wales that Wasa Fees have to be paid for 01.04.20 to 31.03.21.

If you have not already paid these fees please could you arrange a bank transfer of £40 to 20-56-56 50244880. Quoting name and ref WF. This will enable the swimmers to enter the pool (Insurance) as soon as we are allowed back to swimming.

We all appreciate that this is a difficult time for everyone and our Chairman will be raising this with Swim Wales direct.

As you can imagine due to all the cancellations this has been a bit of a financial/admin nightmare especially as it overlaps the yearend accounts and still working full time myself I am only just getting around to it.

I will be going through all those who are in credit and contacting you over the next couple of days so please bear with me.
